We only collect data strictly necessary:
- Contact form: name, email, project type, target area, optional message.
- Technical data: anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited (aggregated analytics without tracking cookies).
3. Purpose of processing
- Respond to your contact / advisory request.
- Keep you informed of project milestones (only after consent).
- Improve the site (anonymous statistics).
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (checkbox in the form) and on the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request.
5. Retention period
- Contact requests: 12 months from the last exchange.
- Active clients: duration of the contractual relationship + 5 years (Spanish legal obligations).
- Technical logs: 6 months.
6. Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. It may be processed by:
- The TenAdvisor team (internal).
- Our partner GestiSure, only if you request administrative procedures (NIE, empadronamiento, taxation).
- Our hosting provider Vercel (USA) — transfer governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption, restricted access, European hosting for sensitive data, regular backups.
